Returns Policy
We encourage mindful shopping to help reduce returns and carbon emissions. However, we understand that returns are sometimes needed.

All original tags must be attached

Refunds
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed - please be aware this can take up to 7 days once the item has been received.
