Refund policy

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags intact
- Returned within 30 days of your delivery date

RETURNS HANDLING FEE

A handling fee of £3.99 per return applies, which covers processing and restocking. This is deducted automatically from your refund — there's nothing extra to pay upfront.

REFUNDS

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for your bank to process the payment.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you are able to do this on our returns portal.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We're currently unable to offer prepaid returns labels for international orders. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
