Ada is a lightweight crewneck sweater made in the UK from 100% British spun lambswool. Our new colour is red madder, with tones of claret, brick red and orange undertones. It pairs well with the red orange tones of the Tina needlecord skirt in paprika. It also looks great with denim and a host of other colours. Shown here with our Elsie frill neck shirt in natural handloomed cotton.
Blending British craftsmanship with modern design, Ada has our signature boxy fit and is slightly cropped to sit at the hip. It is light and airy to wear and perfect for all year around. As it's so light it's also perfect to pack for a trip away.
The slightly cropped length means it works well with skirts and mid to high waist trousers. It also slips on effortlessly over a dress and the boxy fit makes it great for layering.
Our lambswool is brushed with natural teasels after knitting to give it a fluffy slightly felted feel. The teasels are set into a vintage machine which lifts and pulls the fibres to produce the characteristic fluffy texture. This completely natural and highly effective artisanal technique has been used for centuries to brush and soften yarn.
The Ada sweater is knitted in the round meaning that it has no seams and is finished by hand. Seamless knitting no only produces a beautiful garment, it uses less yarn and produces significantly less waste.

Care

Refunds
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method
