The boiler suit is designed to be practical and flattering - with puff sleeves, a full length leg trousers and pockets! The fabric is a mid weight TENCEL™ fabric made from sustainable wood pulp. It’s strong and long lasting, absorbs moisture, and is soft and gentle on skin.
The print design is by Lottie Goodman, a London based print designer, and the print positioning of each dress is unique to avoid the fabric wastage of print placements.
The fabric is printed by Esce-tex who use a UK based SEDEX certified printer that is committed to environmental and social responsibility. The process they use consumes approximately half the water required for typical Reactive Digital Printing and only a fraction of water required in conventional Screen Printing.
This collection was made by Makers HQ a small design studio in Devon. Makers HQ is a community interest company that pay living wage. All profits are reinvested into the provision of training and education programmes. These focus on engaging and up-skilling their local community to support progression into education and employment within the fashion and textiles sector.
